Direct international shipping by orosy is now open. When you order, choose a delivery address in your country; orosy arranges the international shipping. Before you order, the cart shows a reference figure for international shipping, for your information only. The actual shipping cost is calculated later and billed to you, and it can differ from that figure. Import duties and customs clearance in your country are your responsibility and are separate from our prices.
If your business has a receiving point in Japan (a partner warehouse, a logistics company, an office), you can keep using that address and arrange onward transport yourself, as before. Either way, the delivery address must be a business location (store, warehouse, office, etc.).
